While reading a report about the launch of the Pay Per Action program of Google and its being a form of attempt to slow down click fraud it got me thinking about who else?, but us AdSense publishers.
Although Google's interest seems noble...
This is an attempt to decrease click fraud because an actual action must be performed by the user in order for the publisher and Google to be paid by the advertiser.
How will Google PPA fare for the AdSense publishers? How will it be integrated to the AdSense system? Can the publishers opt out if this scheme won't be effective in making them money, especially the low-traffic sites, which many AdSense publishers have?
Who's getting the best value from the Google AdWords PPA here? Is it the more of the advertisers? publishers? or only Google?

Truth to be told, I wonder if PPA will really help to decrease fraud.
Every method you consider - whether it's CPM, CPC or CPA - has potential to be abused.
Fraudulent leads are just as easy to generate as fraudulent clicks - and they will probably pay a lot better too.
