Making money online through Adsense and other ad networks

WebMasterWorld forum members discussed about the Google code being altered since third-party click tracking applications like AdLogger, can no longer monitor their AdSense accounts well.

Here's one interesting comment predicting what could Google do next:

I use another tracking script which is also now rendered pretty much useless because the status bar text seems to have been removed.
I can see only two reasons for this, one good, one bad:

Good: The AdSense team are going to add a feature into the reports to allow us to view which ads are clicked.

Bad: The AdSense team want to conceal how well this and future mass bannings go.

Please don't be evil Google!

Ingenious if the reason behind this is the good reason. But what if they'll just start on putting the tracking of clicks as against the AdSense TOS?
