Making money online through Adsense and other ad networks

If you want to know what AdSense ad look will get you the highest CTR or the highest earnings, this AdSense experiment may be of interest to you.

The experiment's about using different ad styles: blended, outstanding, only images, unique color, or multiple color. Each style was used for five days and here are the results of that experiment:

To achieve even better results I thought about running this experiment for a longer time (even if it already took me 25 days of “research” to write this article) and display each Adsense type for at least 20 days.

Definitely five days is too short a time to gauge the performance of each ad format. And I believe even 20 days won't suffice if you really want to get the best test results since as many AdSense publishers know, the earnings from AdSense are so so so much volatile. You'll never know what how much earnings or how high or low your ads' CTRs will become.

It's a proven fact as what the mentioned experiment has confirmed that blended ads are the best when it comes clickability and profits. But it also pays to occasionally re-arrange your ads to get rid of ad-blindness.
