How about you what lesson have you learned from getting kicked out of Google AdSense if you're one of 'em that is?
AdSense policies are far too restrictive - borderline petty and dictatorial. No other contextual advertising service that I know of has restrictions on how and where you paste your ads. It just goes to emphasise the arrogant contempt that AdSense holds some of its publishers in.
