Dos:
1. Write for readers and not for search engine bots.
2. Optimize your title tas (approx. 70 characters) and descriptions (approx. 250 characters)
3. Use page section headers and headlines
4. Avoid pages with low content and those that only have flash and images
Don'ts:
1. Don't use unnecessary code. Reference CSS externally by calling it; don't build it into the code on your page.
2. Don't use unnecessary language.
3. Don't have too many topics on one page.
4. Get rid of unneeded marketing copy
5. Remove jargon.
URL Tips
1. Try to integrate keywords into the URL.
2. Use permalinks, not query strings.
3. Use strong keywords as anchor text when linking to your own site.
4. Home pages can be tricky. If your content is static on your home page, your ads won't change. Try to keep some changes going.
