Great! Now get a load of this. Adsense scientists, er, publishers are now given more option with the new addition to Google Adsense ad format family - the 200 x 200 ad unit.
Called "small square", it is available both for text ads and image ads.
Though you'll see that it's not yet in the Google Ad Format page, go check it out in your Adsense control panel now!
With this new ad unit, I'm afraid to say that you never can say that you're done with your testing tasks. But if these are all to increase your CTR (click through rates), hey who's complaining?!

And oh hey, I've read from Webmasterworld that you can even opt to get rid of the "advertise on this site" line. Go to your "My Account" tab and uncheck the box that says "Include me in Onsite Advertise Sign-up." Old news? But one response got me interested:
"Just my experience, but after I removed "advertise on this site" my earnings and eCPM both improved by about 15%.
Who's experienced the same spike in earnings after getting rid of that annoying "advertise on this site" line?
