Making money online through Adsense and other ad networks

Did you receive that dreaded email from adsense saying that your account was banned due to "invalid clicks"?   This is one of the worst email you would ever see.  Google has been very keen about adsense fraud and most people were not lucky to get their accounts reinstated.
